Carol has helped sponsor: the Advantage Greenville Luncheon honoring U.S. Senator Jim DeMint; the Chamber of Commerce's Greenville Advantage Group's "First Ever" Reedy River Picnic; and the Chamber's International Companies Group Annual Meeting. Plus, she sponsored the printing costs of "Hearts Are Meant to Be Happy." This literary work received recent approval by the Governor to be available in all Greenville Public Schools, and to children who must be removed from their current home environment and placed in foster care. It is designed to help them cope during the initial transition period.
Carol has called Greenville Home for over 20 years. She enjoys entertaining and reading good books. She attends Southside Fellowship Church. Plus, she is seen all around town and, of course, on the famous I-385 billboard! Carol believes in Greenville, has invested in Greenville and is proud to call it HOME!

Carol is such a wonderful person to deal with. She spent countless hours with my wife and me looking for the perfect home. Once we found what we thought was the perfect home we went in to start the paperwork, after only spending mere minutes with the contract she told us as a buyers agent that she would not recommend us signing the contract due to the suspect terms, of course she supported us no matter what decision we made. We proceeded to continue our home search and ended up building our dream home with the help of Carol. She was wonderful throughout the process and did a wonderful job negotiating, which with new construction is hard to do. She is the most sweet and helpful person I've ever met, not to mention she genuinely has the buyers best interest in mind, but do not think that just because she is that way that she will not play absolute hard ball to get what you want. I have seen her work her magic and she is the best I've seen. I will use Carol everytime and reccommend her to everyone! Her kind nature and expertise with real estate makes her a real asset to have in your corner when purchasing or selling your property.
