Carol is such a wonderful person to deal with. She spent countless hours with my wife and me looking for the perfect home. Once we found what we thought was the perfect home we went in to start the paperwork, after only spending mere minutes with the contract she told us as a buyers agent that she would not recommend us signing the contract due to the suspect terms, of course she supported us no matter what decision we made. We proceeded to continue our home search and ended up building our dream home with the help of Carol. She was wonderful throughout the process and did a wonderful job negotiating, which with new construction is hard to do. She is the most sweet and helpful person I've ever met, not to mention she genuinely has the buyers best interest in mind, but do not think that just because she is that way that she will not play absolute hard ball to get what you want. I have seen her work her magic and she is the best I've seen. I will use Carol everytime and reccommend her to everyone! Her kind nature and expertise with real estate makes her a real asset to have in your corner when purchasing or selling your property.

I would recommend Carol to anyone looking to list there house in the Greenville area. We had an upscale house in an upscale neighborhood. Carol outshined all the other realtors that had listings there. The house was marketed very well. Carol also had great suggestions about how to best show the house. Most importantly, my wife and I appreciated her candor and tremendous knowledge. We felt that our best interest were at the forfront of everything she did. I had always heard from other realtors that you get what you pay for...indicating that we would not get the full attention we were looking for with Carol because her fees are less (flat fee). That could not have been farther from the truth. Carol went far beyond our expectations and did a great job. In a business that is very competative and has plenty of competition, Carol stands out above the rest. Thank you for all your hard work.

She was our buyers agent and kept telling us to pay the asking price for houses that were clearly asking beyond a fair value. Absolutely do not recommend.
