A Vermonter by birth, Matt has lived, worked and played in the Upper Valley region all his life. Raised in Sharon, Vermont, when it was still a dairy farming community, he experienced a "Huck Finn" childhood that shaped his appreciation for small town rural life. He went on to put himself through school at the University of Massachusetts where he earned a degree in Economics. After taking time off to travel, he then entered the Textile business where he spent 12 years concluding with the position of Vice President of Operations at a manufacturing business located in Claremont, NH.. As textile manufacturing left the United States, he entered the real estate business in the property management field and then joined with Housing Solutions Real Estate in 2001. Seven years later he and Carol Robert purchased the business that remains the areas only Exclusive Buyer Agency.

Matt's extensive knowledge of the Upper Valley region, his in depth understanding of local market conditions and his direct communication style make him a great choice when you need help finding the home that is right for you.

Carol has lived in the Hanover area for most of the past 30 years. In the 80's and 90's she was co-owner of Omer & Bob's Sportshop in Hanover NH. As an avid runner, skier, biker and all around athlete, the Upper Valley has continued to feed her passion for the outdoors. As a lover of music and the arts the Upper Valley provides an abundance of opportunity to feed her soul.

In 2004, when deciding on a second career, real estate appealed to her sense of independence, as well as, her enthusiasm for helping people.
