Over the years and the benefit of being able to look back in time...I know Carol gave me good advise on my land sale. Given the Covid situation it was important that we could close our deal without being present in person. Carol has obviously been around the real estate world a while, and it is reflected in her approach to assessing values and her interaction with clients. She has a firm understanding of the market in the greater Grantham area. I personally am not a fan of Zillow, and therefore, all the more reason to hire an agent who knows relevant factors in determining appropriate real estate values.

Carol is a very knowledgeable, experienced realtor. She knows Upper Valley market incredibly well, especially the Eastman community, where she has a massive set of connections and deep historical knowledge.
