About Carol Watson

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree, Public Administration

  • Extensive legal training in the areas of litigation and real estate

While attending college, I began working as a Litigation Paralegal for some of the larger law firms in Miami, Florida. Subsequently, my level of expertise shifted to Real Estate, where I gained an additional 10 years experience as a title closer, performing numerous real estate closings for attorney-owned title companies. In August, 2005, I decided to broaden my horizons and obtain a real estate license. The valuable training I've gained over the years has given me a "soup to nuts" understanding of a real estate transaction.

As your realtor, I can bring this unique perspective and expertise to your transaction, thus providing you with the smoothest transition possible, whether you're buying or selling!
