Carolyn was great to work with. She wasn't just trying to sell a house and make a dollar, she kept telling us that we would know when we found the right one. She took us into many houses and we didn't get that "home" feeling, but she stuck with us and just kept showing us more and giving us more options which eventually led us into buying our very first brand new home!

My fiancé and I purchased our first home together with Carolyn. She helped us every step of the way and truly had our best interest at heart. From answering my millions of questions via text, email or calls she was there. Even after hours she made sure we were taken care of. Carolyn was very knowledgeable about the whole process of helping us find and buy our new home, whenever we found a house that we were interested in looking at she was very prompt in setting up an appointment to see the properties. Carolyn was very enthusiastic and took the time to do the research to show us a variety of places within our price range. She offered advice while remaining unbiased. She regularly updated us on new listings and on price changes to properties we wanted to keep an eye on. She listened to our wish list, kept it in mind, and helped us to remain realistic as to what our price point could give us.
