Carrie Colby is an outstanding Realtor who helped us through a difficult time. We lived so far away and had to rely on her expertise in negotiation when prospective buyers were few and far between. She helped us with furniture removal, cleaning, and many other tasks that we were not able to do. We always trusted her judgment and ability to get us the best deal possible and will be forever thankful for her help in selling our summer townhouse in Maine.

Carrie was amazing through every step of the process. She found the perfect house for my wife and me, and she negotiated the best possible price for us. She made sure to identify every deficiency in the house and made sure everything was taken care of. She connected us with excellent reliable contractors for work that the house needs, and even after the sale was completed, she has remained in contact with us to help us adjust to the move.
