We were looking for a new location for our church Thrift Store (Faith United Methodist Church "Blessings and Bargains"). We had several Real Estate agents assisting us with our search when Ms. Satriano asked if she could help. We said yes and the rest is history. After an in depth interview on what we were looking for, she started finding locations. For the next 3 1/2 months, we looked at every location we could find. She never slowed up and consistently found new locations for us to look at. We toured some good ones that just didn't work, and then she found the perfect location, negotiated a reduced lease and deposit, three months free rent, and additional concessions that made the deal really fantastic! All this from someone who doesn't work commercial properties!
