We were referred to Catherine by another agent. After we made introduction, we knew we had found the one- the agent we were had been looking for. Catherine is very calm, straightforward and honest. As our agent, she sacrificed her personal time and comfort and ensured that we found a house of our dreams. In the end, thanks to Catherine’s guidance, we found and bought a house beyond our dreams but within our budget. We had to do a long distance search, had changing requirements, and had to work around our odd hours. Catherine went above and beyond to find us our home - Skyping, taking video, texting and communicating at any hour of the day or evening. We were anything but easy clients and she was endlessly patient, professional, and personable. We are grateful for her knowledge, guidance, and for helping us find the right place for us!

Catherine guided us through the entire process. She was informed and informative. She kept in touch throughout the entire home-buying process so that we were constantly being updated. Catherine was available to show us as many homes as we requested to see. She has a friendly and warm personality which put my wife and myself at ease and we found her easy to work with. Knowing that we were new to the state, Catherine invited us to a few social events, which we greatly appreciated. It got us out and we met new people.We will recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy a house.

Catherine was very helpful in our search for a place for our disabled son to live. She was everything you would want in a realtor but the most outstanding point is she did not push. She found us places to see, she paid attention to our price point, she quickly discovered if the place would be right for our son and after several weeks of looking at everything available, helped us decide for the time being he should remain with us. Because our parameters were narrow finding the right place is difficult but she found the best that was out there right now. Besides all of that she was personable, kind, honest, and a go getter. If our friends ask if we know a good realtor Catherine is at the top of the list.

Very educated regarding the Realestate market throughout Sarasota Florida.Catherine spent time with us showing many homes and was always available the day we requested. She directed us in the types of homes we were interested in and was always positive and enthusiastic. Catherine is a total professional in every way. She gave us an honest opinion of what we needed to tweak and touch up in our Sarasota home to make it attractive to buyers, and, clearly she knew what she was talking about! We had two solid offers within 24 hours! It was an effortless process because Catherine was always steps ahead of the process , and was genuinely concerned with both the ease of the process for both us, the seller AND the buyers and buyers agent! She was strategic, but we could tell that she was ethical and compassionate as well. Catherine was excellent she made the whole buying experience a whole less stressful then typical. She responded quickly to my emails or phone calls, she answered all my questions even the corny ones, if she didn't have the answer;she FOUND it! She helped find insurance , title and surveyor company's with the best rates. She listened to my wants and needs and budget I wanted, she was not only professional but I would consider her FRIEND!
