About Catherine Seress

Welcome to Southwest Florida!

Unless you're looking for snow, I can help you find it here, in beautiful Southwest Florida. I LOVE Sarasota ... let me share with you some of the reasons why ....

Who buys in Sarasota?  World travelers who love a cosmopolitan feel but want a small town.  Foreign service retirees; veterans; young families looking for excellent education for their children.  Sarasota offers top schools (public, charter and private - you may have heard of the Out-of-Door Academy or Pine View), ballet, opera, symphony, superb golf courses, fantastic privately owned restaurants, theater, street events, three farmer's markets ... you name it, we have it here in Sarasota!

Sarasota County has its beautiful white sand beaches off Siesta Key, the exclusivity of Longboat and the non-pareil country club lifestyle of the Oaks in Osprey ... or maybe you'd like the sharks tooth beaches of Manasota and Venice better ...

Best Value Purchases today:  properties owned by the same person for 30 years that have not been updated.  That's right ... forget foreclosures and short sales being "bargain" purchases here.  That game was over 6 years ago in Sarasota!  If you are wanting the most bang for your buck, you buy old and make it new.

When is the best time to buy?  Most people think the summer months, but I would say not ... from November thru January are the best times to get great deals.

Working a great deal with unique properties and eclectic tastes, I am here to facilitate your sale and / or purchase, to help you meet your needs for now and the future.

Je parle francais, y un poco d'espanol, I'm also a world traveler who lived in Mexico, Morocco and England (the latter for 18 years, so if you want a terraced cottage, 2-up 2-down, bungalow, or a detached home ...:-)

Not your ordinary REALTOR, I also teach meditation and what better place to teach and share peace than near the beautiful, powdery soft sands of Siesta Beach!
