She is a proactive, savvy, and highly resourceful real estate professional who kept us informed ( text, email, phone) during each step of the way during the process of selling our recently deceased relatives home, despite the distance (living 5 hours away). Cathi calmly and efficiently took charge, engaged her contacts (urgent need for new roof, home and pest pre-inspections, plumbing leak, tree trimming, moving/cleaning, home insurance option review) and was able to sell the home in 12 days (5 offers and home sold over asking price). Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she always made the time to make sure we understood the entire process.
