Cathy made purchasing my new home one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. I have moved and purchased several homes all over the country, but working with Cathy and her team was by far the best experience I have ever had. She knows her job inside out, is available all hours of the day and night, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are in touch with everyone you will need to make the process as painless as possible. I would recommend Cathy to anyone and everyone that wants an intelligent, dedicated professional to sell or buy their home. I can not say enough, except to say; Cathy is the very best.

I will never work with anyone but Cathy. She helped us find our dream house and property with a lot of limitations and requests. She was down to earth and honest, always there when we had questions or concerns, and most definitely had our back during the closing process. 10/10 recommend. Loved her!

This was our 2nd time working with Cathy Algas, and she was once again amazing! She goes above and beyond in all that she does. She communicates well, responds quickly, and has a flexible schedule. She is such a hard worker and puts in so much extra time. She gets any and all jobs done, no matter what it takes. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable with all things real estate, has so much experience, knows the ins and outs of the entire process, gave creative solutions to make things work for us, and knows so many people in the real estate/financial world to help us. She is honest, caring, funny, and so easy to talk to. She always gave us reminders to make sure we didn’t overlook anything and made sure we knew about all the details in each phase of the process. She had our back every step of the way and truly wanted what was best for us. Cathy put in an incredible amount of extra work that our unique situation needed, and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. I have worked with Cathy on a couple investment properties, and she has been a great partner. She has done a good job of aligning properties with my investment objectives. Margie and I were very impressed when we first met Cathy. She is a professional from the get go. She displayed confidence, market knowledge, and her smile is contagious. She has a great personality, sense of humor, and an awesome work ethic. Cathy was passionate in finding the right home that met our needs. Her prompt responses to our emails, texts, or voice messages was stellar. I would describe Cathy's style as a consultative sales person. She asked questions to further understand who we were and what we wanted. She listened to our wants and requirements. Using that information, Cathy was very focused on the specific homes that she showed us. She didn't waste any of our time. She even pointed out some flaws in a few homes that we showed interest in. That saved us some heart aches down the road. At times we lost focus but she lasered us back on target. She, along with the Adam Merrick team, made buying a home easy. This market is crazy right now and Cathy was ON IT when it came to getting us into homes as soon as they hit the market. Communication is key in this kind of market and Cathy replied to texts and emails whenever we had questions right away. I have no doubt we would not be in our forever home if it weren't for her getting last appointment available when home was listed day of listing. Highly Recommend!!!

We are first-time home buyers and could not have asked for anyone better to guide us through this experience. When touring homes, Cathy was very knowledgeable about the area, what kinds of things to be looking for and to consider when deciding on a home, and any potential repairs/upgrades and their associated costs. Throughout the home buying process she has also worked very closely with our lender, the inspector, and the seller and their real estate agent to minimize the amount of things we have to do on our own and make the whole process go smoothly. I’m glad that we chose Cathy to help guide us through this exciting but scary and overwhelming process, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a home, whether it’s their first or their fifth.
