We met Celia as we were beginning a home search in Saratoga Springs with the intent of relocating from downstate. We had some familiarity with the area but not in great detail. As architects, we could see potential in a wide range of scenarios- we were willing to consider an existing home, a major rehab, or even land to build on- not a very specific brief for a buyer's agent. Over a series of summer Saturdays, Celia shared her broad knowledge about the area, its home builders, the state of the local market and the pros and cons of different neighborhoods. She was generous and efficient with her time and quickly got a feel for the types of property that appealed to us.When we did find our new home, she was helpful and attentive during the purchase process and the professionals she recommended were excellent. All in all, Celia is a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to do so again.

I relocated to the Saratoga Springs from out of state I wanted to rent for a while to get to know the area. Not only did Celia help me find short term living, she introduced me to many of the neighborhoods in the area, showed me many different alternatives, and provided keen insight into the choices available. I ended up with a beautiful furnished apartment in an excellent location. So, after some months I decided to look for a home to purchase. I had no doubts that Celia would come through again. Again, she showed me many options. She masterfully used her knowledge of my preferences to zero in on properties that would match my needs. As a result, I purchased a wonderful condo within walking distance to the city center.Celia is the consummate professional. She knows the market. She knows how to evaluate the positive, and negative, features of a property. She knows the real estate community. She was an excellent advisor for negotiating the deal. Helped us purchase our first home in Ballston Spa, NY. She always answered my texts and made the process a lot less stressful. She was knowledgeable about the entire process. My only complaint was there was one issue during the final walkthrough, but our lawyer was able to handle it instead. All and all still a positive experience.

I put my home on the market with this agent. I had asked her to not post pictures of the inside of the house because I was awaiting for new floors to come in... she assured me that she could make it look like floors were in. I also had many showings of the home but it seemed like she wanted me to take a huge cut in order to sell the house!! Long story short I call the office manager and explain my situation and asked for my house to come off the market!!! It’s only temporary off the market! I’m currently in the process of talking to my attorney to see what my options are to get the house officially off the market. This was the worse experience in my life and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!
