It is such a gift to make the Myrtle Beach area home, and I'd be thrilled to have the chance to help you do the same. I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland as part of a big family and trips to the beach were thankfully a frequent occurrence. The seashore was always a place of both joy and peace and to make it home is indeed a dream come true!
After attending college at James Madison in Virginia and graduate school at The University of South Carolina, I made Charlotte, NC my home base for over 20 years (Go Panthers!). My time there included many wonderful experiences, including running a business tied to the world of NASCAR®. Boy, do I have some stories to tell!
Those experiences and connections really helped when I transitioned to selling homes. My first seven years in the business were in sales for two national homebuilders. One of them assigned me to serve as Area Sales Manager here at the Grand Strand. I love the area and the home choices so much I just recently bought a home here myself, so I can definitely offer tips and insights!
My motto is "minimize the surprise" - you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who will work harder to insure we navigate these waters smoothly. Celia Klein was my agent for the purchase of a condo in North Myrtle Beach. Celia is everything I could ask for as an agent. She even took the time to counsel me about the soundness of my decision to purchase, which could have cost her a sale. My husband and I worked with Celia in 2016 when we were in search of our forever home. Celia helped us every step of the way from helping us choose our lot, to answering our questions about the home building process, to even helping us with our closing. Celia is so kind and helpful and truly takes the time to listen to her clients' needs and help guide them through the home buying process. Building a home was a delight thanks to Celia's help! Throughout our home building process I became pregnant and we closed on our home 6 days before our son was born. Celia sent us a beautiful basket of baby gifts welcoming our son to his new neighborhood. It is personal touches like that that make working with Celia truly wonderful! What can I say about Celia Klein, everything GOOD! We listed our home with her and also used her for the purchase of our new home. With the new home, she negotiated this new build purchase price getting it $12k under their listed price!!On the sale of our home, she is very knowledgeable on how to stage your home to make it warm and inviting to potential buyers. Celia had an open house that drew a buyer that paid above the asking price!!! She was extremely helpful and handled all the small details for me like arranging the termite inspection, and finding a repair to complete the small items in order to satisfy the buyer.

Celia Klein went out of her way to get me my house. She came to Southport to preview house for me, because I was 4 hours away in another city and could not possibly come here. She came to the inspection, kept me up to date as to what was going on with everything regarding the house and made personal suggestions as I do not buy houses every day. She knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a house to purchase.
