we have bought 3 houses from Charlie in the past 4 years. He is very knowledgeable with the CSRA, and knows real estate very well. Was able to get the prices down to where we wanted it to be. Has great negotiation skills. As a matter of fact, he is showing us another property today.

I was moving to the Augusta area to start school and needed to find a place within a reasonable budget. My father and I traveled to Augusta and just happened to walk into Charlie's office for help - no appointment, no prior engagements, just off the street. From the second we walked in, everyone in the office was helpful and amazing. Charlie was able to find EXACTLY what we were looking for in more than one listing, honestly. Everything varied but we never looked at a potential home that did not suit my needs exactly as we presented them to Charlie. Even if things ran high on the budget, he was still able to find something about the place that made it worthwhile. My father handled more of the business and negotiation side with Charlie, but he said he enjoyed having Charlie on our side because he felt confident things would be done honest and true without anyone having to continue to follow up. The place we bought is perfect! It was actually the very first place Charlie showed us, adding to the attention to detail Charlie showed when looking at and sharing listings with us. I HIGHLY recommend Charlie to anyone willing to explore the area and find the right home!

Extremely poor property? manager. Did not ensure no renters had renters insurance even when contract required it. Renters "trashed" the house. Had it listed for sale, no active marketing. Hard to contact & poor communication. Always had to call him for property information.
