 My Experience in real estate:

I successfully completed my Sales Associate: Real Estate Principles and Practices course in December of 2004. I passed the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate licensing examination in October of 2005. In November of 2009, I achieved the designation of A.C.C.R.S. Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist. It is designed specifically and only for Realtors. In August of 2011, I successful completed my SFR Official Certification (Short Sales & Foreclosure Recourse). On Dec 2018 completed another designation CPE ( Client Protection Expert).
