Charlotte had many tools to help me find a home. We seen many homes and she was very prepared with each one we saw. I seen a house for sale and called her to set up an appointment to see it. She dropped what ever she was doing and said lets go now. I got the perfect house for me . I know if it wasn't for her speedy timing and talking to the selling realtor about me that a group of investors would of got the house. instead of a single lady. I am now looking for a house for my mother to move to Ca, and will use Charlotte again.

It was amazing. I didn't think Charlotte could pull i off. She was able to get me me out of foreclosure into a short sale. She helped me with hardships and got bank to forgive my balance due. I feel, if I didn't have Charlotte, ,I never would have sold my home. She's a jewel!!
