She was amazing. I had a rental for 45 years. The last tennant had been there for 20 years. The condo was a total mess after they left. Cheryl acted as the general contractor and replaced just about everything. She has connections with contractors so the upgrades moved in a timely manner and some of the contractors accepted payment at the close of escrow. It was listed September 15 and closed a month later at a fair price .

Cheryl is a consummate professional. She is very detailed and points out things that I would have missed. She presents herself very well and is dedicated to her work. She is always available to discuss and understands our objectives. With her years of experience, she was able to suggest creative options that made things work for the sellers and me. We highly recommend Cheryl to any potential buyer or seller in Huntington Beach.We signed up with Cheryl after completing an unsuccessful and bad experience with another agency.We were fearful and concerned about starting the sales process again.Cheryl immediately took control of the situation and provided answers to all our many , many questions.We have never experienced such a high level of service in our lives. she and her team assisted us so much - going above and beyond - like helping us move out, staging the property, clean up our house, and even helped us with HOA problems. They took care of things so we didn't have to be involved in all the little details that go into selling a property.Cheryl was also able to guide us through the repairs necessary to get the most for our home - she found contractors who showed up on time, and worked on budget. All contractors and staff were extremely respectful and took care of our home.She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and gave us confidence in her ability to price our apartment and take care of the listing process.Most importantly, we received an offer within a week of listing, obtaining the price we wanted and then closed in just a few weeks (yes. Cheryl also helped the buyer with finance options as well as an escrow company).We have sold a number of homes over the years and it is never easy and usually very stressful. However Cheryl was always responsive to our questions and concerns - getting back to us same day or sometimes immediately - so we aways felt we were listened to and that selling our home was a priority for her. Cheryl was always available, always had a solution for my particular circumstances (as I was selling my property from another state) and I know, without a doubt, she got me the very best deal possible for my situation. Even other Realtors couldn't believe what I got for my property. Cheryl handled things for me no Realtor is expected to take on and made my life simple through the process. My house was gone in less then a month and it always felt like I was her only client. I was very blessed to have found her in a market oversaturated with agents all promising this and that. Cheryl was absolutely amazing! Our mother passed away, and we inherited her former home. We don't live in the area, and we expected this to be a challenge, but Cheryl handled it ALL from start to finish. She priced the home at an attractive price for the prospective buyers, and the property sold in under a week!
