    Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl relocated to St. Petersburg in 1993. She worked as a lumber commodities broker before settling into her Real Estate career. In her past business experience she worked closely with builders and tradesmen who have given her great insights into the home construction and the remodeling side of the industry. Coupled with her 20 years of sales experience, she is your go-to Realtor for all your real estate needs in Pinellas County.

     

    She aims to build relationships that last long after the closing table and strives to make each client feel like they are part of her family. She understands that a buying or selling a home can be an emotional and complicated experience and she will be there to navigate you through every step of the process. First and foremost, she is dedicated to her customers financial investment to produce the best positive outcome. 

     

    Cheryl loves the real estate market; every day is unique and you never know who you'll meet and what each day will bring. She is in LOVE with St Petesburg; It has so much to offer, the thriving downtown city life and a short drive you can dig your toes in the sand or watch an incredible beach sunset; there is no other place like it in on the planet!

     

    If she's not working she's hanging out with her husband of 21 years, her teenage daughter and 2 dogs. She's a lover of the Tampa Bay professional sports and also a huge fan of her Steel City teams as well. She's active in her church and offers her time and talent to many of their ministries.
