I found out about Chris Byler through my mom who had bought and sold a house with him a couple years ago. Chris was extremely patient with my partner and I throughout this whole process. As first time home-buyers we had lots of questions and needed assistance navigating this serious and dare I say scary decision. We have now lived in our new home for three months and could not be happier with our purchase. Chris was always quick to respond and his schedule was flexible, which was much appreciated.

It was a total pleasure working with Chris. We were selling a house that had been lived in for years and full of stuff, but needed to be sold quickly. Chris has contacts for just about any service needed and got us set up with a downsizing consultant. Once the house was emptied, the next stage was getting it sold. At this point, the effort became really streamlined for us with Chris managing the rest, from the cleaning, inspection, getting the maintenance items addressed, staging, conducting the open house, and managing and assisting with the offer selection. Throughout the process, Chris kept us informed and up-to-date. The whole operation seemed very organized, and the digital signing program he uses was so convenient. We really appreciate Chris's service in making the sale of our house a success and would definitely work with him again.

Chris is so helpful while arranging the tours and suggesting various good options along with current market updates of any such property we visited.He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of couple of years). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Chris made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.

Chris was so incredibly helpful and accommodating during our house hunt. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different towns and the overall market. When I finally decided I was ready to begin the search for a new home, I contacted Chris about 10 homes I was interested in seeing. The very next day he had lined up showings of all 10 homes. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various areas where I was searching for homes. Once I found the house I wanted to make an offer on, Chris helped me write up a solid offer and he even gave advice as to things that I could due to increase my success in getting my offer accepted by the seller. When my offer was accepted, he helped me find an efficient home inspector. Once I had a list of the items that needed immediate attention on the home inspection, Chris worked with me and the seller's real estate agent to get the jobs done quickly and thoroughly. After closing, he met me at the at the house on my move-in day and arranged for all the doors to be rekeyed at his cost. To top off my fantastic experience working with Chris Byler, he gave me a beautiful flower arrangement as a welcome to my new home! To my surprise through Chris's business, he signed me up for a 1 year home warranty service, that was also paid for by his business. I have already been able to take a vantage of this service in the first month of living in my new home! I would highly recommend CHRIS Byler to anyone of my friends or family or anyone else looking to buy a home! He was always prompt in returning calls or emails I had questions or concerns I was always able to come up with solutions to any problem came up my process.
