Chris helped my parents buy and sell their houses for the last 20 years. It’s my first time buying a home and he made this process easier than I could have ever imagined. He was able to answer all my questions and more. You can see all of his experience by the way he moves through the process; extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. He was available at all hours and shocked me by how fast he was able to arrange a viewing after I showed interest, along with suggesting other good options currently on the market. It was a total pleasure working with Chris. We were selling a house that had been lived in for years and full of stuff, but needed to be sold quickly. Chris has contacts for just about any service needed and got us set up with a downsizing consultant. Once the house was emptied, the next stage was getting it sold. At this point, the effort became really streamlined for us with Chris managing the rest, from the cleaning, inspection, getting the maintenance items addressed, staging, conducting the open house, and managing and assisting with the offer selection. Throughout the process, Chris kept us informed and up-to-date. The whole operation seemed very organized, and the digital signing program he uses was so convenient. We really appreciate Chris's service in making the sale of our house a success and would definitely work with him again.

Chris was exceptional to work with and was extremely patient with my listing until we got the right offer. He never panicked or pressured me into making a decision that wasn't right for my situation. I have been sitting on writing this recommendation about Chris Byler because he is just that good. I find myself almost stumped trying to describe how wonderful he is.My brother would often talk about his agent, Chris, and I remember thinking, Wow. He would tell me how Chris prepares a home for sale and includes for example, a pre-inspection, home warranty, house and window cleaning, handyman work, staging, as part of his commission. I remember thinking, That has never been my experience.So, when it came time for us to sell our home, we chose Chris.We were selling during an incredibly stressful time in our lives, and I could not have imagined a more calm, kind, and steady person to guide us through it.Chris is professional, communicative, thoughtful, detail-oriented, an exceptional negotiator, and genuinely invested in his clients. I found out about Chris Byler through my mom who had bought and sold a house with him a couple years ago. Chris was extremely patient with my partner and I throughout this whole process. As first time home-buyers we had lots of questions and needed assistance navigating this serious and dare I say scary decision. We have now lived in our new home for three months and could not be happier with our purchase. Chris was always quick to respond and his schedule was flexible, which was much appreciated.

Chris is an excellent realtor! Chris and Jessica are very responsive and accommodating! Chris and his team were able to put our house on market with a very constrained schedule.
