My husband and I have rented out houses for many years, but this is the first time we have sold one. Thanks to Chris's help and guidance, our 30 year old house showed beautifully and sold quickly. Chris is smart, dedicated, and hardworking--everything a successful realtor needs to be. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Chris helped my former husband and I purchase our home in 1997. Chris was on top of every question and issue that arose. He was there for us every step of the way and frankly we couldn't have done it without his expertise. I am looking to relocate in a few years as I head into retirement and Chris will be my agent of choice. He has kept up with us through the years and I know he will be there when I need to make this transition. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I have bought and sold many houses and had many different realtors. I wish I had met and known Chris Cantu loooong before now! From the very beginning he was right on the spot with lots of properties to look at. When what we wanted was hard to find within our budget, not once did Chris ever tell us to give up or change our expectations. He listened more, honed in more on what we needed and when anything showed up he was always ready to immediately go see it. He never gave up on us. And because he was always ready to show up at a moment's notice, we were able to be our house within hours of it listing. His advice was always truly honest and his advice for an offer was spot on. They accepted and we were on our way. He was perfect in helping us get through due diligence, offering advice, keeping up updated with time limits and answering questions. When we got near closing he checked in on us, spoke with our lender when necessary and when we were stressing, he was cool as a cucumber.On top of it all he has a wonderful manner and sense of humor and his candor and professionalism, put together makes him THE realtor for us! I have never had such an easy buying experience and every bit of it was due to Chris.I can't say enough about him. I am truly grateful and blown away at how fortunate we were to have met him. We plan to leave Atlanta in about 5 years and when we do, we will definately be calling Chris as our listing agent.

As a first-time home buyer, it was important for me to find someone who not only find me the home I wanted, but also someone who would have the patience to walk me through the home-buying process step-by-step. Chris was knowledgeable, always available, and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know whether that be something as simple as a certain type of floor plan, what questions to ask when speaking with the bank, or even how to negotiate. I highly, highly recommend Chris and will be using him on my next home purchase.

Chris was the broker when I sold my house. He was with me from before starting repairs and renovations until the closing and his expertise was priceless. I was selling the house after the best season was over and Chris helped with price changes and other ways to make the house attractive. The negotiations with the buyer were not simple and again Chris was the driving force to lead them to contract. Needless to say he managed all documentation and the closing went smoothly. I highly recommend Chris Cantu as a skillful and dedicated professional.

Needing to purchase a new home seemed stressful to me. Chris Cantu made the process smooth from start to finish. He made time to show me properties, helped me see positive as well as potential areas of concern in my search, and never judged my choices. I felt secure in knowing I was taken seriously and professionally. Chris has a friendly nature that allowed me to ask questions about properties, finances, locations and fees.
