About Chris Fraser

'I love working in real estate,' Chris Fraser of the Vantage Realty Group says, 'Because every day is different.' He continues, 'Every client is different too, and I am excited to help each one find their perfect home.' Chris has more than 13 years experience helping clients buy and sell property. The Washington, DC Metropolitan area spans two states and the nation's capital with a wide variety of wonderful neighborhoods, amenities, school districts, and transportation choices.

With his expert knowledge of Washington's real estate market, Chris will help you find your perfect home based on your goals, lifestyle and needs. Moving to Washington? Chris grew up in the military; he and his family lived in 25 different houses. Chris experienced just about every trial and tribulation of moving. With this first hand experience Chris helps plan your move to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family. If you need to sell your current home before you move, Chris will find an expert agent in your area to market and sell your property. Chris' clients aren't just customers: they become part of his extended family. Even after you move into your new home, Chris continues to provide the personal service he's known for. Do you have a question about your home? Need a recommendation for a good restaurant or a trusted house painter? Looking for a great hotel for your out-of-town guests? Chris is glad to help.

Chris is an adventurer at heart. After spending several years hiking around the Appalachian Trail while at Radford University, it was time to move west. Chris and some pals headed straight for ski country and Breckenridge Colorado! Here he spent several years hiking, biking and living it up in the high country. With hopes of mountaineering school in India dashed by a sports injury Chris was left to think, 'What's next?' A friend suggested that he try real estate and Chris immediately loved it. He brings the same sense of adventure that took him to the highest peaks of the Rocky Mountains to help you explore Washington's neighborhoods and reach your goal: your perfect home Call Chris directly at 703-568-2123 or email [email protected] and come home to DC!
