We were purchasing a condo from "long distance" without viewing the unit in person. Chris was very knowledgeable with Florida procedures and regulations. Several issues arose during negotiations where he was able to bring specialists in to evaluate the cost of what would need to be done upon arrival. His assistant was outstanding and always available when Chris was out of the office. We felt we had someone who could handle issues and answer questions in an efficient and educated manner. Service continued after the closing and was always positive and reassuring.

Chris is a well-known and highly sought after local real estate professional! You will be treated with the warm southern hospitality (you don't find that often in Florida) and likely be invited to his own home for a gourmet snack. Chris was with us every step of the way and even after closing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knew all of the important aspects of what to look for in a home located in the Isles. Even prior to our arrival in Punta Gorda, Chris would reach out to us in NJ to let us know he was checking things out on his end. He always went above and beyond what was expected of him. His assistant Terry is also just as amazing. I would highly recommend Team Chris! - And I have. He also helped my Aunt find her home 1 month after us! They love him as well.

Chris took us around the area 1st to make us fall in love with the town, then he showed us homes. When we finally decided on our home, Chris got back to us quickly with any ?s we had. We got the home on the 1st offer! We received a book of people to contact for repairs, important phone #s of things we needed to set up, & driver's license info.Chris did a wonderful job for us & we would highly recommend him!

I have known Chris for 12 years. He helped me buy 2 houses and helped me find rentals before that. Chris would give you the shirt off of his back! After the sale, he and his family will help you get settled in. He even came with his kids to help me clean up the landscaping around one of my houses!
