I have worked with Chris in the past and I have recommended others use him, as I have always had a great experience. He recently helped me sell my townhome quickly and easily. He also helped me and my fiance find a house that we love. He is very patient, gets to know you and what you are looking for, and never tries to rush you or pressure you into buying a home. He really takes his time walking through houses and makes sure to explain everything about the homes so you know what you are looking for. Even after we have purchased our home, he has proved to be a reliable resource of knowledge, experience, and he has even provided multiple names and references for the work we have needed in our home.

Chris knew we were looking for an unusual and very specific type of property. He alerted us when a possibility become available and let us know if a property that looked possible would actually meet our needs. Our purchasing process did not go as smoothly as we'd hoped (partly the seller and partly our loan), but Chris kept everything going and was a calm presence when I got anxious. We hope this is our forever home, but if it isn't, we'll be contacting Chris!ETA: Chris also helped us sell the home we moved from.Chris gave us great pre-listing advice on what improvements would be the most value for the dollar. He referred us to professional contacts to do some of that work at reasonable prices. He also convinced us to price our home at a higher price point than we intended. We were skeptical, but he was right. The first/only weekend it was listed, there was a lot of interest, so he rearranged his schedule to hold an open house that he hadn't planned on. He encouraged us to wait through the weekend to see how things shook out rather than accepting one of the early offers. We received multiple offers and a great price (well over listing) in just a few days. We credit Chris's input, professionalism, competence, and knowledge for that. We hope not to buy or sell another house anytime soon, but if we do, we'd be reaching out to Chris again!

Chris was referred to me by a friend, and it all started with wanting to see a property in Bartlett, and the relationship grew from there. He was honest with his opinions on location and value. He kept my family in mind (4 kids and we needed the space). He helped make sure that when my offer was accepted on a home, we began to market mine for sale. Everything lined up the way I needed it to, and he was more than flexible during the home shopping experience, where we were hanging out every weekend! The kids knew him by his first name - and on top of him being allergic to cats he still would tour homes that had cats living there. (Poor thing - but thank you).

Chris was always helpful, and most importantly *listened* when we told him what we were looking for and needed. He put in the work and did everything possible to get us into the perfect house. We came from totally outside the real-estate market in mid-february and had closed on exactly what we told him we were looking for by mid-march. He was available to talk or answer questions at every point in the process at just about any time. I could not recommend him more highly.

Chris was an incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, and professional realtor throughout our entire home buying experience. He had a fine eye for detail no matter which property we were looking at. Chris was always quick to point out things we would like, but also point out things that he knew weren't in our expectations for our new home. Essentially, we never felt pressured to buy a home because we knew Chris always had our best interests in mind. He helped us create reasonable and real expectations and always had an answer for any home related questions we had. The best part about him was that he didn't disappear off the face of the Earth after we closed. Chris has followed up with us multiple times, whether to see how we were doing or if we needed any help/suggestions. In fact, we've done quite a bit of remodeling and Chris was able to help us find trustable and reliable individuals to do the work. If it weren't for Chris, my fiancee and I would have never found our perfect home.

Wow! I knew I would be a difficult client, but Chris Rosenburg was up to challenge! I didn't have a specific town/city. Instead, I had a radius to work, which opened up so many (too many) options. We saw places everywhere. Even though we viewed many places that were not near his home base, Chris still had a great knowledge of all the areas and he never minded showing me any that I requested.Chris listened to my wish list and really focused on places that had what I wanted. He was constantly on the lookout for any new listings so we could see them right away.Chris never pressured me to get into a bidding war, pay more for a place than I was comfortable with OR more than it was worth. He always supported my descision to walk away when I felt I was paying too much or wasn't happy even though it meant more work for him.After many offers submitted. Disppointed again and again, we finally found THE ONE!Chris Rosenburg is an agent who's first priority is making sure his client is HAPPY!
