About Christina M. Hunt

Thank you for visiting and wanting to learn a little more about me.  I grew up in Northern Virginia and began my life’s career while working during high school and college.  I was blessed with family and mentors that taught me all aspects of real estate from investment and ownership, construction, and home maintenance, and always had a knack for decorating rooms to show off their best features while being a place of comfort. I believe homes are the foundation for your life story and it’s always a pleasure when I can help an individual or family with their next move and watch their next chapter unfold.

Professionally, after working in real estate marketing for 11 years,  I chose to get my real estate sales licenses in both VA and DC in 2001 and never looked back.  My extensive knowledge of this area’s housing types, differences in neighborhoods and developments, and knowing our local amenities helps educate each client about what our area has to offer and how to position their home in the best light possible to assure a successful sale.

My deep understanding of the nuances and clauses in our local contracts is what had executives at a previous firm ask me to supervise and educate some of our area’s top Realtors.  This experience and knowledge, along with timely communication and top-notch negotiation skills, assures each client they are represented by an agent fully engaged in representing their best interests from our first meeting thru closing.

My affiliation with Compass provides access to the latest priority technology to achieve exceptional results for my clients. Through Compass’ Concierge Capital and Bridge Loan programs for sellers, and proprietary access to unique and Exclusive Inventory for buyers, I can assure clients receive the best options available to them when making their next move.

I have been honored to receive numerous awards throughout my career, but my greatest success is being a mom and raising my loving daughter.  When I have free time, I love gardening, creating crafts of all kinds, redecorating my home, spending time outdoors, and laughing with my family and friends.  These are the reasons I love what I do as each client affords me the ability to live my best life’s story.  Thanks for visiting my site and feel free to connect with me on social, or click the Connect button and send a private message.  I would love to connect and learn more about you.
