I have been working with Tina for over a decade and she is fantastic. I have sold properties with her, we have bought properties with her. She is knowledgeable on the market, the area, properties, and contracts; she has a ton of experience with difficult negotiations as well as unusual requests. She is honest and direct, she provides support on all fronts. She helped me stage a house, she also helped me find contractors for some repairs. I have been impressed by her knowledge of contractual requirements and writing offers. She always has our best interest at heart; she is dedicated and hard working, and her insights have been super helpful in all of our transactions. Christina was beyond helpful in helping us relocate down to NOVA from NYC. Originally we were just looking for a rental but it quickly became evident that buying might be the better move for us and she did an amazing job helping us scout out a single family home in our preferred location and move fast once we found the right one. This involved a lot of close coordination given the fact that we were not local and she went the extra mile in checking out properties for us in person before telling us to get down here as the property we ended up closing on was not going to last long. She lead us through every step of the homebuying process like a true professional and helped us get through a few last minute speedbumps at closing. We've stayed in contact since and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

I was a first time home buyer and Christina made the process quick. She was quite good at finding homes that suit all of my requirements. Christina's knowledge of the area and real estate market gave me peace of mind that I was making a good decision.We toured over 15 properties and helped me through the entire process to include the repairs required at the property I ultimately chose.

Christina was prepared, professional, and detail oriented. She handled our home sale like it was her own. She worked tirelessly to present our home in the best light possible, but in an honest and ethical way. We have bought and sold half a dozen houses in our life and Christina is by far the best agent we ever saw. Why would you ever look anywhere else. There is no one better in the DC/Northern Virginia region.

Tina helped me buy my first house in 2003. I had no idea what I was doing, and she was incredibly helpful about everything -- house values, neighborhoods, resale considerations, and the mysterious home purchase process. She worked tirelessly finding houses that met my needs and driving me around Arlington. That was 13 years ago, so she must be a super-agent by now! I really appreciated all her hard work and would recommend her highly. I would definitely use her again if I ever move out of this house!
