Thank you for visiting and wanting to learn a little more about me. I grew up in Northern Virginia and began my life’s career while working during high school and college. I was blessed with family and mentors that taught me all aspects of real estate from investment and ownership, construction, and home maintenance, and always had a knack for decorating rooms to show off their best features while being a place of comfort. I believe homes are the foundation for your life story and it’s always a pleasure when I can help an individual or family with their next move and watch their next chapter unfold.
Professionally, after working in real estate marketing for 11 years, I chose to get my real estate sales licenses in both VA and DC in 2001 and never looked back. My extensive knowledge of this area’s housing types, differences in neighborhoods and developments, and knowing our local amenities helps educate each client about what our area has to offer and how to position their home in the best light possible to assure a successful sale.
My deep understanding of the nuances and clauses in our local contracts is what had executives at a previous firm ask me to supervise and educate some of our area’s top Realtors. This experience and knowledge, along with timely communication and top-notch negotiation skills, assures each client they are represented by an agent fully engaged in representing their best interests from our first meeting thru closing.
My affiliation with Compass provides access to the latest priority technology to achieve exceptional results for my clients. Through Compass’ Concierge Capital and Bridge Loan programs for sellers, and proprietary access to unique and Exclusive Inventory for buyers, I can assure clients receive the best options available to them when making their next move.
I have been honored to receive numerous awards throughout my career, but my greatest success is being a mom and raising my loving daughter. When I have free time, I love gardening, creating crafts of all kinds, redecorating my home, spending time outdoors, and laughing with my family and friends. These are the reasons I love what I do as each client affords me the ability to live my best life’s story. Christina was beyond helpful in helping us relocate down to NOVA from NYC. Originally we were just looking for a rental but it quickly became evident that buying might be the better move for us and she did an amazing job helping us scout out a single family home in our preferred location and move fast once we found the right one. This involved a lot of close coordination given the fact that we were not local and she went the extra mile in checking out properties for us in person before telling us to get down here as the property we ended up closing on was not going to last long. She lead us through every step of the homebuying process like a true professional and helped us get through a few last minute speedbumps at closing. We've stayed in contact since and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Tina patiently directed us as we explored many housing options before buying a wonderful condo. She was knowledgeable about neighborhoods and pricing. She helped us with pricing and closing. She was fun and easily accessible. Good job, Tina!!!

Christina was prepared, professional, and detail oriented. She handled our home sale like it was her own. She worked tirelessly to present our home in the best light possible, but in an honest and ethical way. We have bought and sold half a dozen houses in our life and Christina is by far the best agent we ever saw. Why would you ever look anywhere else. There is no one better in the DC/Northern Virginia region.

I was a first time home buyer and Christina made the process quick. She was quite good at finding homes that suit all of my requirements. Christina's knowledge of the area and real estate market gave me peace of mind that I was making a good decision. We toured over 15 properties and helped me through the entire process to include the repairs required at the property I ultimately chose.

Christina was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with our home purchase. We moved from California to Virginia and had limited time in state to find our home. Christina was always available and made the extra effort to ensure a smooth home buying experience.

Tina helped me buy my first house in 2003. I had no idea what I was doing, and she was incredibly helpful about everything -- house values, neighborhoods, resale considerations, and the mysterious home purchase process. She worked tirelessly finding houses that met my needs and driving me around Arlington. That was 13 years ago, so she must be a super-agent by now! I really appreciated all her hard work and would recommend her highly. I would definitely use her again if I ever move out of this house!
