Christina began her career in real estate in 1997 as a licensed Realtor and worked for several years for several well-known real estate brokerage firms including ERA and Coldwell Banker.

After four years in the business, she shifted gears and started working directly for a developer selling new construction in a brand new golf course community. Her prior background in the construction vertical made this a natural fit, and Christina stayed there until the project was sold to completion.

She then returned to the residential real estate sales market with a small boutique brokerage in Boca Raton where she enjoyed success until 2005 when she decided to get her broker's license.

In August 2005 Christina opened her own brokerage called Hot Tropic Properties in Fort Lauderdale. The name was chosen to reflect Christina's active, beach loving personality & lifestyle. She has continued to lease and sell properties all over the Broward and Palm Beach counties; and has several agents working on her team.
