At Hearth and Home Realty, we believe that everyone we work with is to be treated as if they were family. We are here to guide and teach our clients how to buy and sell real estate. For our buyer clients, we show them what to look for, beyond the size and feel of a home. We look for potential problems and issues and do our best to ensure we get a fair idea on the condition and market value of the home. We can recommend resources to our clients for financing, inspections, and repairs.
For our seller clients, we show them how to present their home to the market to get the best price. We can recommend what fixes are needed, or if just a little polish in the presentation will do. We bring in a professional photographer to ensure the first impression buyers get is the best possible for the home, which results in immediate buyer traffic.
