I have been working with Chris for a few years and he is the greatest. All of my clients that use him or I have referred to him are 100% satisfied. Chris goes above and beyond for all his clients; he will help them clean a house out or do it by himself. He always speaks to them honestly. Chris was fantastic. He was our agent for a buy and a sell transaction. The deals were difficult ones and Chris was sure to be supportive during the entire transaction. His response time is quick and he was able to facilitate paperwork and information gathering. Thanks to Chris we got the deals done and closed.

The one word that best describes our experience working with Chris is "OUTSTANDING." My brother and I found Chris by reading through Zillow reviews- he was the top rated agent in the area of Long Island where we were selling my Mom's house. My Mom is 90 and I live out of state, so we needed someone who we could trust, was helpful, and who could provide practical and sound advice. Chris returned our call on a Sunday, and it was clear he understood the market -inside and out- based on his experience and past sales. He is very personable and supportive, and he was excellent explaining everything to my Mom who had never sold or bought a house before. He even took a day to drive to her assisted living apartment to pick up the signed contracts, and then drove them to her lawyer! He is also quite knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of the marketplace which helped us get the most value for my Mom's house. On the first day of the listing, he had a line out the door of over 40 people, and we had many offers. We selected the top offer, and Chris worked with us to make it all happen with little effort on our part (other than us cleaning out the house). I have conducted several real estate deals over the last 2 years, and Chris was exceptional- from my experience he far exceeds a "typical" real estate agent. The best part of all, his fee was substantially less than every other agent I have worked with. If you need an agent, give him a call- you will not be disappointed!

Mr. Hogan will go beyond the call of duty to make the selling of a home as pleasant as possible. He is calm, knowledgeable, and best of all available. Beyond blessed to have had Chris on my team when purchasing my home! He stayed in constant contact at all times, followed up on any questions or any inquiries I've had and showed he really cared about what I truly wanted and needed when looking for a home.
