Christopher was recommended to us by our financial planner, and as first-time home buyers, we felt very comfortable going with an agent we knew to be vouched for. Christopher was great during the entire process, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us to determine what we wanted in a home. We never felt pressured by him to write an offer if we felt the home wasn’t what we were looking for, and what’s more, he helped us avoid bidding wars in homes that may not have been worthwhile. Our first written offer lost out to an all-cash offer but came in second even though our offer was lower than others because Christopher knew how to position our offer with great terms. Christopher helped us navigate a notoriously difficult real estate market with ease and we landed in an amazing home with his help. He we are first time home buyers! And we are incredibly fortunate to have Christopher as our agent. This was our first home and we were a little nervous about the process but Chris made everything so easy. He took the time to explain how everything works and made sure we were always kept in the loop. He really listened to exactly what we wanted in a home (he even figured it out when we weren't sure) and always had our best interest in mind. We contacted Windemere Real Estate in Edmonds because we were interested in buying a home in the Edmonds area. Chris replied to our initial inquiry promptly and we had a meeting with him at the local office. At the meeting, Chris seemed very professional and explained the current market and buying process to us and took notes of what we were looking for in a new home. He listened intently to us, offered good advice and seemed generally very competent. While we were looking and during the buying process, Chris always replied promptly to our questions and concerns. When we decided to make an offer, he helped us arrange a useful house inspection on short notice and had all the paperwork ready to go within a very short time. The property owner and selling agent were impressed with the completeness and accuracy of his offer paperwork. The owner chose our offer and we now own a beautiful new home thanks to Chris.
