I have had the pleasure of working with Christy once as seller and twice as a buyer! She did such an amazing job representing me as a seller there was no hesitation on using her again to represent me as a buyer. Christy had an answer for every question and a solution for every speed bump I encountered. She was always exuded professionalism but most important to me patience in my search. She was always proactive in finding listings to meet my criteria and just an overall joy and pleasure to be around, work with and know. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend!

She should be the first one to call.I do research to see who I would love to work with and she is one of the top professional I would choose. It was an absolute blast working with Christy. She always kept communication and was professional at all times. She always went out of her way to make sure that we found a place that was suitable to the needs of my wife and I. Would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor!

Christy was an outstanding realtor. We lived in north Carolina and built a home here in Ga. We found chrsty and used her as our agent. She did an amazing job . Making videos of our home as it was being built. Explained every detail in the video. If there was something not right, she would have a 3-way video call with us and the builder to make it right. She was so kind and caring through the hole process. This was our first time building a home from scratch. She made it go so smooth. She goes above and beyond her job. Christy Barton is the best realtor! I bought my house from her and sold the same house with her. I live in the Northeast so I wasn't there and she went above and beyond to get my house repaired in order to sell. I was overwhelmed, but she methodically fixed everything. I had so much wrong with this house, and Christy breezed through each item like it was nothing. She was my rock and I know it would have been impossible to sell without her! I highly recommend this intelligent and highly resourceful realtor. She is absolutely amazing!

Christy did an amazing job helping us find our home last year. We were first-time home buyers, and she walked us through every step of the process, and took the time to help us tour several places before we found our perfect choice! She's even kept in touch since then to see how we're doing. If we ever find ourselves needing to move in this area in the future, she'll be our first choice, for sure, and is highly recommended to any of our friends, co-workers, etc, who ask for a good realtor!
