Cindy showed initiative to introduce me to a property that had not yet hit the public market. I had viewed another property in a desired complex and she knew of this other property. She help formulate a competitive offer and presented it quickly and put the deal together. I subsequently purchased the property. To her credit, there was a complication with the title company were to be closing agents that threatened to delay the closing. However, she helped keep on track when the seller engaged a lawyer who became the closing agent. Her communication abilities and access during the process were outstanding.
