RE/MAX SmartHub Realty
I am Cindy Barton, a dedicated real estate professional with 33 years of experience. I have worked with RE/MAX as a realtor for 28 years. Before moving to Pennsylvania, I had my broker's license in Massachusetts. In Pennsylvania, I have received accreditations for ABR, SRES, CMRS, ASP, and RE/MAX Hall of Fame, among others. I am a professional known for personally serving and delivering personalized service to all my clients.
I represent the region's finest properties using the most innovative technologies. I offer ultimate privacy and security, speed, and efficiency. My years of full-time experience have given me a clear understanding of the mindset of home buyers and sellers and a thorough understanding of the regional marketplace. I cover several Counties including Lancaster, Lebanon, York and Dauphin.
My career in real estate started in 1989 by developing land for a new home community. Since then, I have personally developed three communities in Lancaster County. I got into real estate concentrating on new construction, and I’ve enjoyed watching dreams come true ever since. From first-time homebuyers to empty nesters, I have helped many people through all the steps of acquiring a new home whether it is new construction or a resale.
I love spending time with my family; Husband Pat, son Adam and his wife Danika and my grandson Will, son Scott, and his girlfriend Emma, and not to mention our two spoiled yellow labs, Mia and Sage. My passion for family is reflected in my devotion to helping other families find the perfect home for their dreams.

Cindy was great to work with! She knows all about the local market and those who work there. She gave honest feedback and suggestions for how to present our home when selling and kept in contact, both prior to market, as far as how things were going with our preparations for selling, and after the house was on the market, informing us of showings, and what type of interest/comments were received. Every step went so smoothly - no problems. And she is just such a nice person!

Cindy Barton has in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market in south central Pennsylvania, and she uses that knowledge and her many years of experience to guide her clients through a real estate transaction. In my case, she did extensive research on the unique features of the property to be sold and put that information to use in determining the listing package. Her knowledge of everything from construction features to utilities and inspections is invaluable. She does all of this with an empathetic and personal touch that has many of her clients coming back to her for repeat business.

I was reluctant to sell, But my wife had been bugging me for a year to move to Delaware. What out me knowing she had Cindy come and do a fair market analysis. This was in October. After I was informed about the analysis she had Cindy come over and we discussed It. I was shocked to find out what she said we could get for the house, but I was still reluctant to sell. I hunt, and I fish and it was just coming into the time in Pennsylvania when the hunting and walleye fishing were going to get good. Cindy said look let me get back in touch with you the end of January or the beginning of February and see how you feel about selling the house. She got back in touch with me sometime around the beginning of February, and I agreed to put the house on the market for what she suggested. I thought You'll never get that for this house. The house sold in 36 hours for full asking price. Due to the covid 19 pandemic we had a heck of a time with getting the buyers Inspections and appraisal. Cindy kept pushing them and we finally got it done. Sometimes I want to compare her to Wonder Woman!!

Cindy was fabulous start to finish to get me and my kids the house of our dreams. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and guided us through an otherwise complex process. I’d highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling East Hempfield Township.

Kind, respectful attention to details. Is always willing to go the extra mile to get the results that her clients deserve. Listed our house and sold to the first couple that looked at it. I have personally used her for 3 of my home purchases and construction of 2 homes. I have referred friends and family members who are extremely happy with her and would never consider going with anyone else.
