About Cindy Lou Duvall

Serving the Surrounding Communities of Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.

Hello and thank you for visiting my website!

My goal is not just to sell you one home, but to be...

Your Realtor for Life”.

A little about me…I have been a Realtor since 1987. I am experienced, but never boring. I find great joy in meeting new people and helping them on their path to finding their dream home.  I came to the area for my husband, who at the time, was stationed at Fort Stewart and has since retired. I have been through two deployments and fully understand the concerns of a Military family. When I came to live here, like most Military families, I did not know anyone or have any clients.  I became involved in our community through the animal rescue groups and worked hard to build relationships both business and personal.  One of my long-term dedications is to see that every homeless animal finds their home.  A few other of my passions are reading, gardening, and cooking.

I started my Real Estate Career in Metro Atlanta. After moving here, over time I have become a local expert on our market. The communities I serve are, Hinesville, Ludowici, Midway, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Savannah, Bloomingdale, and Port Wentworth.

As “Your Realtor for Life” I will guide you through the Buying and Selling process to include: Checking the Current Market Values, Searching for The Home, Financial Negotiations (to obtain the perfect price for you), Inspections (Home Inspections, Termite Inspections, Well/Septic Inspections…ETC), Closings, and most importantly, the service after the sale.

I promise to always communicate in a timely manner. I will listen to YOUR needs and make them a priority. While working with me, you will have a great home buying or home selling experience!

Sincerely,

Cindy Lou Duvall
