She helped us every step of the way since we had never purchased a house before. Never once did I feel like she was just trying to make a buck off of us. She actually seemed to care and help us where she could. She works closely with the builders so every thing is out in the open no hidden issues to be reveled after closing. Also she is honest and wont try to sell you something you don't need. I have recommended her multiple times and will be using her in the future when we do decide to buy.

My husband and I are so thankful for Cindy Lou. We were first time home buyers so our knowledge to the process was minimum. We took the necessary steps such as talking with a financial advisor, attending new home buyer conferences, and talking to friends and family who have experience with home buying, but their is nothing like going through the process yourself. I found Cindy Lou via trulia.com and I am so glad I did. From the very start Cindy Lou was very open and easy to talk to. She gave us so many resources and background information on the area we were interested in buying a home. We are a military family and Cindy Lou hooked us up with great benefits for service members buying a home. At the time, we lived in Kansas so conducting business was a challenge. I was in school and working, my husband was busy with work, not to mention we are new parents. Cindy Lou worked around our schedules. She told us often that she's working for us so whatever it takes, she'll do her best which meant so much because along with the daily stresses of life, shopping for a house in another state brings on even more stress. Cindy Lou conducted FaceTime home viewings for us. Whatever house we wanted to view, she made it happen. She even gave her honest opinion about certain properties which was very helpful since we couldn't physically see the properties. As a new home buyer, we had millions of questions. MILLIONS!! Cindy answered everyone of them and if she didn't know the answer, she was prompt at getting in contact with the right people who could answer our questions. Our home buying journey took place during thanksgiving and Christmas and still, Cindy made herself available to us which spoke volumes. Conducting business in different states leaves you at a disadvantage in certain ways but communication wasn't one. Cindy communicated with us via phone, text, email, FaceTime, and even social media and to top it off, she kept up with my husband and I both. As I mentioned, we had busy schedules. So the conversations we didn't have together, she would make sure whatever she told me, she was able to tell my husband the same thing which was so helpful because hearing things from each other sometimes wouldn't get translated correctly so having Cindy keep all lines of communications on the same page was amazing. When it was time to close on our house, we had certain request and things we wanted to be included. For example, our house originally didn't have a refrigerator. My husband and I were adamant that our future home would come with all kitchen appliances. Of course, Cindy Lou made it happen! There were somethings that was non-negotiable for us and Cindy was very respectful of that. There was a lot of give and take between us and the home builders and Cindy Lou made it a point to explain everything to us and made sure we were comfortable and understood what certain decisions meant. During this process, we questioned ourselves often if we were making the right choices and each time she explained what each decision meant and how it would effect us. Overall, this process was successful and we purchased the house we wanted. Thanks to Cindy Lou, we got what we wanted and didn't have to settle. We started with a laundry list of homes and getting all the way down to the right house was achieved thanks to Cindy Lou. I can not express what a huge asset she was during this process. We know we picked the right realtor once the process ended and we were still able to reach out to her with questions and she STILL helps! It doesn't get any better than that. I'll recommend Cindy Lou to anyone who is looking for someone to really hold their hand and walk with them through the entire process ESPECIALLY military families. My family and I will forever be thankful for all Cindy Lou has done.

We were fairly new to the area and Cindy helped us find a house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. She was able to get the price down on the house to where it was within our price range and she gave us a lovely house warming gift after closing. ??Cindy along with one of the VA lenders she works with were so supportive and helpful during the whole process.

We we're introduced to Mrs. Cindy Lou through another agent while we were living in Germany. She worked with us with timing, financing, and helping us narrow down exactly where we wanted to be. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She really is the best kind of agent who wants the best for you! By the time we got the states we were ready to do a final walk through and sign the papers. Everything was smooth and graceful. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

During a very short visit with my daughters family, it became apparent we were about to become resident of Hinesville. My son-in-law had to make a small purchase at a local store. Thru small talk, my husband was asked to speak with their PR, who requested he transfer to this store. My daughter then called her friend Cindy. Although he husband had just deployed a few hours earlier, she agreed to meet with us. She graciously showed us several homes. On our way back to Pa. we decided if our current home sold, this was meant to be. Cindy & my daughter diligently set us video and thru phone calls, we settled on a home. We trusted Cindy, who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be accomplished. Being a 1,000 miles away, all we had to do was give her our OK and she handled everything for us. Thanks to Cindy, our Pennsylvania property and our new home here, closed with 2 weeks of each other. Would recommend Cindy to anyone that wants an agent who is there to satisfy "YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS". It's been seven years now and this has been the perfect location, for spending our "Golden Years". Cindy Lou was very dedicated to finding me the home I wanted. I not only bought a home but sold a home with her help. I was living out of state at the time of the sale, Cindy Lou helped me in every way to do what was needed to be done to finalize the sale. Amazing Realtor! We have listed two of our houses with Cindy Lou and had great success with selling within a very short amount of time. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the prices to list your house. Polite and courteous and always super friendly! I met Mrs Cindy Lou as she came recommended and told her exactly what I needed. She showed me 3 different houses before I found the one that was perfect for my family! After telling her what I liked and didn't like in the first two. The third one was exactly what we needed and perfect for our budget. She was so amazing and even brought crayons and coloring books for my kids to keep them preoccupied. She is so well known by everyone that she knew our sellers and talked to them so we didn't pay a cent for closing costs. She knows all the inspectors and we were able to get it for so cheap. I highly recommend her and she is just so sweet and helpful!

i will start out by saying i think cindy is the best !! i love her and she went above and beyond my expectations i was pregnant with my son my husband was over seas and even with him being over there she did not hesitate to answer when he emailed her really early or pick up the phone to talk to him she made this process so much better for me and still to this day if i need to call her to ask her a crazy question she is there and help me i love her and i will always refer her to any one i know !!

Ms. Duvall got our home sold in record time. From the very first day, she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She was always available to us, and had answers to our questions and concerns. We were completely satisfied with her and would highly recommend her to family and friends.
