Cindy was very helpful, and we got a great deal on our house. Cindy was extremely fast at responding all of my questions and was available at any time of day. She was very helpful at showing us many houses, and did a great job helping us close the deal.

My wife and I were very picky buyers. After losing a bid on a house we were in love with, I asked Cindy to watch the progress of the sale in case it fell through. A few months later Cindy called and the sale fell through. The home was available! We ended up buying it for less than our original bid. Most realtors would have given up on us or try to get us to buy another home. She knew we wanted this home and she stuck with it. She worked for us not a check. Thanks again Cindy!

Cindy sold our house in 2015 and not only did we hit it off right away I liked her for the fact that she pays attention to your needs. She never hesitated to drive anywhere to show us a house whether it was close or far from her office. I would recommend Cindy to anyone. Not only is she a great person but she has a great heart and goes above and beyond to not only help you sell your home but to help you find your next one.

Wasn't very helpful and never followed up with me. I was lead to believe she would help us in our search but I guess we aren't buying a high enough price home for it to be worth her time .

Cindy was very honest about what she showed me and knew that there was a difference between potential in a damaged home and a never ending project home. I was able to find a home for a deal, without spending too much on renovation. She responded quickly and friendly, and encouraged me to choose the place I could proudly call home.

I found 2 top performers - realtors here on the Zillow website and sent them to suggest a possible price to sell one of my houses. Cindy sent me recent sales information and proposed some numbers almost immediately. From that moment I new she was a winner. My out-of-state situation was not a problem. Three days after she put the house on the market, I received an offer I couldn't refuse. She found a buyer and sold my place for more than I ever thought. If you anticipate a tough real estate transaction - or, even if you don't! - Cindy is the person you want in your corner. Cindy did a great job of helping us both buy our new home and market our old home, and did an excellent job as both a buyer's and a seller's agent. She's very knowledgable, pays great attention to detail, and will tell it like it is. Also, her comprehensive and personalized report on our house and nearby comps was quite impressive. We've enjoyed a full year in our new home that Cindy helped us find and we couldn't be happier or more grateful!
