About Presnell Partners Real Estate Team

Cindy Presnell has been part of Coldwell Banker Intercoastal Real Estate office for 13 years. She began by assisting her husband and Realtor, James Presnell, in 2005. She is a U.S. Navy, Vietnam Veteran spouse and she and her husband have been married for over 40 years. They both know a little about family and what it takes to make a house a home and are committed and will certainly be committed to you.

Cindy earned her license as a Realtor in 2012. She has 20 years of management experience prior to Real Estate. Her skills include but are not limited to website development, advertising/marketing, mentor, advisor as well as a professional, organized Realtor. Cindy received her degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1999. She has processed over 800 transactions since beginning her career in Real Estate and is knowledgeable in this field. Cindy is certified as a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Co-Owner of an investment company. After she received her Real Estate License, she and James created The Presnell Partners Real Estate Team which now consists of accomplished Realtors with over 40 years experience combined. Their Real Estate Team incorporates professional and proven techniques specializing in marketing, listing and selling of new and resale homes, residential communities, undeveloped land as well as commercial and investment properties. Cindy offers marketing management, professional photography, organization and creativity as her services in Real Estate, working along side their Administrative Assistant. Her repeat clients and their referrals, confirm that her Team of Realtors will not disappoint.

Cindy volunteers in her community as well as through the Savannah Board of Realtors helping those in need. She and her husband love camping and traveling together and also enjoys gardening. She is most passionate about her Grandchildren, London (8), Everett (11), Makena (9) and Harper (4). Quality time with each of them is well spent in her eyes. She is very thankful for her family and those close to her.
