I first met Cindy when I was trying to sell my home less than six months after Sandy, I decided take it off the market after 2 weeks, and Cindy help me find a tenant, a few years later I know I needed to sell my home and I contacted Cindy several times to ask her questions which she answered, on her advice I listed my home February 2016 and it Sold within 1 week , yes 1 week! Cindy took care of all the showings , from appraisal and inspections , my experience was seemless and we closed in May.Cindy was there with me every step of the way even when the bathroom faucet needed to changed last minute , her husband installed it for me. Cindy is so much more than a real estate agent she will be your partner to sell your home.

Cindy helped sell my Mother's house in Patchogue and we couldn't have done it without her...literally. Living in a different state held some challenges but Cindy was extremely helpful throughout the process, responsive with any of our needs and was able to get us the best offer we could get on the house. We first met Cindy as a referral from a friend to help us find and purchase our first home in North Bellmore. We felt that it would be a bit of a challenge for us to find what we wanted before the 2016 summer season ended. Cindy exceeded all of our expectations. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really took an interest in our search and guided us through the entire process. Her negotiation skills were excellent and gave us a sense of security throughout that we would close the deal after we submitted our offer. Coupled by her husband, John we felt we had a solid team behind us that were very well informed in the neighborhoods that we were searching in.
