I often say I’m not in the business of real estate, but in the business of making dreams come true. That doesn’t mean finding houses for a buyer or getting the highest amount of money for the seller. Not exclusively, at least. It’s much more than that: it’s caring for their needs, understanding their anxieties, predicting potential pitfalls and basically looking for ways to make the uncertain process of buying or selling a house not only easier, but more enjoyable. In the end, my goal as a Real Estate Agent is to facilitate things for my clients turning a lengthy and complex transaction into a pleasing memory.
Sure, my marketing abilities come in handy – especially in this ever-changing world with new digital trends popping up daily – but my main strength is my credibility. I’ve been working hard on this asset ever since I got my license. I’m constantly studying the market because when my client asks me something I have to have the correct response at the tip of my tongue. I have not only a fiduciary responsibility to my client but also a moral one. So, transparency is really important in my book because, to me, Real Estate is not only about properties and money. It’s about people. I never take for granted the fact that people are trusting me not with their house or apartment; but their home. I take that responsibility seriously and put on a (fair) fight for them.
Over time I have earned the respect and recognition of this community that I love so much. Together with my family, that’s my most prized possession. A dream come true. Remember I said I was in the business of making dreams come true? Well, I don’t intend on waking up from this one. So you can count on me to make your dream come true because by doing so I'll be living a dream of my own. Let’s dream together!

Claude made our first-time home buying expierence wonderful! He always stayed within our budget and took into consideration all the things we wanted as we browsed the market. He made sure the business side was taken care of at all times and kept us up to date on any changes that needed/had to be made while we were under contract. Claude also gave us tips along the way that helped us narrow our search. His response time for questions/concerns we had were prompt and in a timely manner. We will ALWAYS use Claude for any other moves we plan to make!

With moving from Maryland to South Carolina, Claude was very helpful with helping me find the home that I chose. He answered all of my questions and always kept in touch with me to let me know the progress of my purchase. After my move in Claude stopped in and checked to make sure things were good! Definently would recommend Claude.

I have used Claude Turpin 4 times now in buying and selling a home. Great realtor and will use him again! He really made the process easy. This listing was under contract in 17 days and closed 31 days after that. AMAZING!

Claude Turpin is a wonderful agent! He went above and beyond to ensure that our family found our perfect first home! We will definitely be using him again if we ever sell and/or buy another home. If you need a realtor I would recommend using Claude. He was our biggest advocate in our home buying process!

I'd happily recommend Claude Turpin to anyone selling and/or buying a home, and have already done so several times at the time of this review. The simple reason is that he is totally devoted to his clients and to getting what they need. I called and met with him on weekends, evenings, anytime that I needed. When we were listing our home, Claude came to our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get it sold - and it happened. When we looked for our new home, Claude worked to get everything we wanted. I wish we could have had Claude as our realtor when we were looking for our first home - if we ever need to sell or buy again, he will be the first one I call. I would recommend Claude to family and friends without any hesitation, and I know he would work for them as hard as he worked for us.

We were looking to purchase a condo for our son to live in his senior year at Clemson and keep for rental income after his graduation. We knew very little about condos and rentals in a college town. My wife contacted Mr. Turpin with a couple condos she liked. Mr. Turpin went above and beyond. He went with her to look at them, pointed out plusses and minuses of each. When she decided on one, he made the offer and did all the paperwork. Having someone who knew all the ins and outs made the purchase very easy and stress free on us. We would highly recommend Mr. Turpin for your needs. He has a great personality to go along with his knowledge of the real estate market.

Bought and sold our first house with Claude. He also helped my mother buy her first home. After that, I recommended him to a co-worker and he helped him purchase his home. He is VERY trustworthy and knowledgeable of the entire process. I know for a fact if he is your agent he has your best interest in mind. He will answer (or get answers) for any question, and worked tirelessly to achieve results. When selling our home we were the number 1 viewed listing for the area and price range for several weeks straight. I know this was because of him and his resources. If we ever need an agent again, I will only make one phone call. Knowing he would be truthful (even if I didn't want to hear the answer) made him a pleasure to work with.

Claude was our realtor for over a year before we decided to buy a home. He showed us over 100 houses through out the process and was patient and understand each time we didn't like the houses. He is truly an amazing person which reflects thru his work and passion for each client. I started this process with Claude Turpin the realtor and when we finished this journey we ended with a friend named Claude Turpin.

We contacted Claude through an online site randomly to see a home he had listed. While we did not purchase this home, Claude found out what we were looking for and found us a home even better than we could've dreamed! He was excellent when it came to providing information we needed during the purchasing process and always answered his phone when we had questions. Claude Turpin was the forth real estate agent we have had the opportunity to work with in the last 7 years and was absolutely the best to work with in buying or selling a home. My wife and I strongly recommend Claude!

I was living in Indiana. I went down and fixed up the house and went home.Claude took care of everything. It went real smooth. He listed the house but did not sell it. He was right there for everything we needed for it to go smoothly. I recommend him highly and will use him in the future if I am ever in Anderson, SC again.
