Working with Clive exceeded all of my expectations about buying a home. As a first time homebuyer and working mother, I didn’t have much time to spend in home research and daily showings. Clive went out of his way to check properties in advance, send information prior to the showing, and was even helpful in providing lender and inspector recommendations.He explained the entire process and truly relieved my stress level even though I was on a very tight timeframe. Clive was an absolute treasure that we just so happened to come into connection with via a realty app. It truly was a blessing that we were because we could not have asked for a more attentive, caring agent in the world! We are first time home buyers who do not have much experience in real estate and Clive made sure to explain and help us to understand just what we were getting into and help us understand what we were needing to look for. Once he figured out what style and budget we had he showed us so many beautiful places that it was so tough to pick - but he didn’t sugar-coat anything, he is real with telling you what the pros and cons are of properties and how to best address them. He planned showings around our schedules and even showed us houses after 6 and whenever we could.Clive is very responsive to any questions you may have and replies almost instantly to texts, calls, you name it. He also got us into our dream home within 30 days! There isn’t a single person we wouldn’t recommend him to! Thanks is not enough.

My family is so thankful for Clive, he helped us through so much being first time home buyers and getting us into our house before our lease was up. I could not be more pleased with Clive. There is nothing he will not do to provide help and guidance through the entire, in my case selling, process. If I needed anything at all I was either able to get in touch with him right away or he called me back very quickly. I tell you what, you can't go wrong having this gentleman as your representative be it selling or buying.!!

Clive is absolutely amazing! He stood by our sides for the entire process, even submitting our offer on a Saturday night while he was out of town. He connected us with great vendors, such as a home inspector and lender and communicated quickly and effectively with the seller to get us everything we wanted in our home. Clive is both professional and personable. We feel blessed to have him as our realtor. I recommend him to everyone I know!

Clive was awesome!! Me not thinking where I was living sold it because I got mad at the property owner so the new owner gave me a month to get out but Clive got it done for my family and being a first-time home buyers it was stressful for me trying to work and look at houses but he was patient willing to help us anyway he could Clive took time from his family to workwith my schedule by showing me houses good trustworthy man the wife didn't mind meeting up with him and looking at houses by herself we didn't think he could get it done and us be happy but it's been a year and we love the place if I ever had to do it again I would use him he even showed us one house like four times he wasn't trying to make us buy something out of our budget he was trying to help us with our budget to this day he still text me time to time to see how we like to place

In my case, this hard work paid off with the receipt of an offer within 2 days after the property was listed!
