Colin is originally from the United Kingdom and came to the US in 1991 to attend the Florida Institute of Technology (F.I.T) to study a Bachelor Of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Colin was awarded a full scholarship at F.I.T to represent the university in Soccer. Throughout his four year career, Colin won three Sunshine State Conference Championships, one NCAA Division II National Championship as well as a final 8 and final 4 participant. In 2008, Colin was inducted into the Florida Tech Hall of Fame.

Upon graduating, Colin went into the financial services sector and as a stockbroker developed and advised an international client base in equity investing and option trading through one of the most exciting bull markets of recent time.

In 2001, Colin was presented with the opportunity of working in the healthcare sector overseeing a multi-million dollar private placement financing however it was during his tenure here did the opportunity arise to start his real estate investment career. By 2003 he had become a full time real estate investor, purchasing single family homes, multi-unit properties, as well as foreclosures and fixer uppers.

Although his primary passion was higher end remodels, Colin identified a niche in the real estate market and became licensed as a real estate professional allowing him to share his knowledge of the wide range of investments available today.

Colin now offers his expertise to homebuyers as well as seasoned and novice investors.
