Colleen was fantastic. My wife and I did video walk throughs because we were maryland and Colleen was able to show us every home we wanted. She also recommended a few great homes based on or wants. We ended up finding a great home thanks to her and we got a good price for it. I would highly recommend her to anyone around. She made buying a home easy and less stressful for us. She's the best.

Colleen Boyd by far the best realtor I spoke to when we purchased our home in Pensacola. She was always on top of things and was quick to answer questions we had. She also assisted us in selling the house and when I say she did whatever she had to do to get our house sold it sold. Can't thank her enough for her professionalism and knowledge. I would hands down have her as my realtor any day!

Mrs. Boyd was the agent assigned to me by Zillow when I requested a home tour. She and Mr. Boyd were able to show all four of the properties on my list in a single day and added a fifth upon request that was not originally on the schedule. She answered any questions about the selected property or the purchasing process promptly and kept me on track to complete all required tasks well ahead of the closing date. Her recommendations for inspectors aligned with suggestions from family members in the area and online reviews. On closing day, the Boyds brought me a lovely plant for the home. They are outstanding real estate professionals who made the process a lot easier than I expected it to be. I would highly recommend them to any buyer.

Colleen was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout every step of our home buying process, and worked tirelessly to ensure we were satisfied with each step. I'm very detail-oriented yet she encouraged me to ask whatever questions I had (and I had a lot!). Even after the sale was completed, she continued to work on our behalf. Colleen went above and beyond to help us find our home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended places to eat and take our dogs to. She coordinated everything with the closing and answered all our questions and concerns. She is hands down the best!

I reached out to this realtor about a property. Unfortunately, my phone disconnected during our first call. When I contacted her again the next day to continue the conversation, I was told not to call her. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, as I was genuinely interested in the property.Not recommended
