Keith and I met Colleen at an open house on Bobe Street in Pensacola, FL. This was in 2016. She immediately impressed us with her down-to-earth communication style, sense of humor, and expert knowledge base. Before leaving the open house, we asked her to represent us as a buyer's agent. Colleen traveled from Fairhope, AL to Ferry Pass, FL showing us properties that matched our specific wants and needs. She answered zillions of questions, was always easy to reach, and provided guidance when we needed it. She found our dream house ("The Pistachio Palace"), and the rest is history! For most buyers, the journey toward owning a house is full of peaks and valleys, along with some potholes and dead ends, which eventually lead to rainbows and sunny days. We had some trouble qualifying for the mortgage financing initially, but a wonderful lending group in downtown Pensacola helped bring things to a satisfying conclusion. In 2022, we decided to sell the house and move to Norfolk, VA to be near family. Keith and I wanted the same experience selling that we had buying. It was a slam dunk -- and an immediate phone call! "Hello Colleen?..." She does not forget her clients after closing day, as we've remained in contact with her for six years with inquiries about home sales trends and vendor recommendations. Colleen was fantastic from the beginning until the end. We moved across country and she even checked out our neighborhood where we were going to rent and let us know about the neighborhood. Colleen also allowed me to just call her and vent my frustrations during the underwriting process. She is absolutely amazing you could not go wrong with her!!!!

She was an A+. Went the extra mile. Very thoughtful and kind. She didn't waste my team with things I wasn't interested in. She took our wishes and ran with it finding the best deal and was always available. She's the best of the best. Would recommend to anyone.

5 stars are not nearly enough of a rating. My wife and I had realtors in 5 different areas of Florida from Venice to Pensacola. Colleen out performed the other four combined. We are still out of State and she is going by our new house taking pictures and sharing them with us showing that all is good. I believe we made a friend in her. Thank you again Colleen

We live in Ozark, MO and found Colleen through Zillow. She started working with us by phone, and arranged multiple home viewings over several visits to the Pensacola area. Colleen also included homes that she thought were a good fit for us. We very happily closed on a home on March 25th! It's our retirement home, and we can't wait to move here permanently, thanks to Colleen! We very much recommend her!
