Colleen listens very well, and makes you feel very comfortable. She knows the greater Boston area like the back of her hand, I trust her judgment!She did not push me and gave me time to think, (I don't like pushy agents)

Colleen was my agent when I bought my first home. She took what I felt was a daunting task, and made it easy and enjoyable. Over the course of several months, she consistently emailed listings to me for homes that she thought I might be interested in. Almost every weekend, even when it was snowing, we attended open houses for places that were in my price range and preferred neighborhoods. Colleen was very patient while I made the biggest decision of my life, and offered sound advice to guide me in the process. When I was ready to make an offer, she was there every step of the way - from the offer, getting the financing, scheduling the inspection,through the closing and the moving in - making sure that everything was done accurately and thoroughly.

I have been truly happy in my home for five years now, and I wouldn't be here without Colleen's help and expertise.

Colleen is a professional and one of the best I have dealt with in the industry! Both my parents were real estate professionals so I have a little bit of experience in knowing what to look for. Colleen assisted my husband after my father in law died. He left his home to his son (my husband) and daughter. Colleen researched the homes in the area to create a Certified Market Analysis for negotiating a fair price. This allowed my husband and his sister to settle quickly and peacefully based on the numbers Colleen was able to produce for the CMA. She was honest, efficient and hardworking. I had a wonderful experience selling my condo with Colleen. I found her after I learned that she had sold a condo on my building for a fantastic price. I contacted Colleen immediately and asked her to meet with me to discuss how I could get the best value on my place. She was very prepared when she meet with me: she knew all aspects of my building (which units were sold on the last 2 years, how difficult would be to get financing for buyers interested on my building, how long should I expect to sell at the price that I wanted) and she also gave me realistic information on how much I could get for my place based on current market conditions.

Colleen is perfect if you are looking for the following:• She got the best photographers to take pictures of my place and posted the photos in every real estate website available. She also sent brochures to specific target markets. This gave my place a lot of exposure! The pictures that were taken of my apartment looked like it had come out of a magazine. It was impeccable!• She is an expert in the Revere real estate market and also very knowledgeable about other markets in the Boston area. All apartments that she sold on my building were sold at top dollars. • She listens very well and can adapt to your needs or any issues that might come up while selling. We had some issues with the financing of the buyer and Colleen went above and beyond to help make sure that everything was in order for the closing. • She is extremely patient and a honest real estate agent who will discuss any concerns you have, at length, without rushing you into anything.
