About Colleen Rosenbaum

Realtor Colleen Rosenbaum, a native Floridian, markets properties ranging from cottages to castles.  Real estate is a passion for Colleen, who’s also known as “The Coastal Living Specialist”.  She is excited about this challenging new (ad)venture that combines her interest in real estate and helping folks transform their dreams into reality.

Since the mid 90’s Colleen has owned and managed rental property in South Florida.  Loving that aspect of real estate she credits with giving her the incentive to branch into the sales end of real estate, which she has enjoyed immensely.

Colleen has been community service-oriented for much of her life and marketed insurance for 12 years.  Colleen uses her sales experience, ability to connect with clients, her problem-solving skills, her creativity, passion, and energy in helping others in their pursuit of the more-than-likely biggest purchase of their lives, their home.  Joining a team leader in the industry that values integrity, a culture of cooperative engagement, an emphasis on continual education over and above the required courses, and pursuit of the best results for our clients, is synergistically empowering she says.

Keller Williams prides itself on selecting outstanding agents and ones with notable talents.  Look for Colleen when making your next purchase or sale.  She’s sure to perform to the utmost of your expectations.  Colleen says it would be her pleasure to have the opportunity to be YOUR realtor.  As Colleen would exclaim: “Viva La Vida Vero!”

Our family enjoyed our stay and the pool just makes it even more enjoyable. The easy access to the beachfront is a quick block walk and Colleen has a garage full of goodies to make it easy. There is a cart full of beach toys and chairs and lots more. We are returning this year and will NOT pack as much as we did last visit as Beach towels and extra linen is all there for you! Don't go grocery shopping before you check out the pantry as spices and tea bags etc. are all there. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. As an added extra, Colleen is welcoming and a breath of fresh air! Come see Florida! Stay at the best place in town!

As my broker, Colleen gave me a tremendous amount of time showing me properties, researching the properties and writing up offers. She worked with me all hours of the day, morning to night. She contacted specialists on my behalf so I could be better informed when drafting an offer. Ultimately, I purchased 2 single family homes through Colleen. She is an honest, skilled and very hard working broker!

A very sweet and understanding realtor. Although we don't have much to buy a house she is still going above and beyond in helping us in our home buying search. Her communication is awesome. I'm still very excited about our search although we have not found our home yet!

I found Colleen Rosenbaum to be a very hard-working realtor.  She always has my best interest at heart, rather than hers.

Colleen is easy to work with and is a kind, friendly, and warm person.  She’s very likeable.  Colleen will work hard to please her clients.

                She’s a keeper!
