About Colleen Rosenbaum

Realtor Colleen Rosenbaum, a native Floridian, markets properties ranging from cottages to castles.  Real estate is a passion for Colleen, who’s also known as “The Coastal Living Specialist”.  She is excited about this challenging new (ad)venture that combines her interest in real estate and helping folks transform their dreams into reality.

Since the mid 90’s Colleen has owned and managed rental property in South Florida.  Loving that aspect of real estate she credits with giving her the incentive to branch into the sales end of real estate, which she has enjoyed immensely.

Colleen has been community service-oriented for much of her life and marketed insurance for 12 years.  Colleen uses her sales experience, ability to connect with clients, her problem-solving skills, her creativity, passion, and energy in helping others in their pursuit of the more-than-likely biggest purchase of their lives, their home.  Joining a team leader in the industry that values integrity, a culture of cooperative engagement, an emphasis on continual education over and above the required courses, and pursuit of the best results for our clients, is synergistically empowering she says.
