About Colleen Waldoch

My business experience is diverse and ultimately has given me the advantage of a range of skills that I utilize in my real estate career. As a Pricing Coordinator for a Fortune 500 Company, I managed the regional pricing of 30,000 products over 120 locations. Communication, database management, and problem-solving were key components of this position. I have a degree in Commercial Photography from Columbia College Chicago. I worked for an aerial photographer, shooting commercial real estate, architectural interiors and managing the workflow of the office. I also owned my own photography studio focusing on portraiture, product, and architecture. I have post-graduate education in graphic design. My previous business experience and education have given me the skill set needed to perform the many facets of this job: pricing, marketing, communication, and problem-solving.

Let me assist you in finding your dream home. As a licensed Real Estate Professional, I will work tirelessly to help you navigate through the process of buying or selling your home so the stress and worry are kept to a minimum and the process is a smooth and pleasant experience. This is my goal, mission, and the foundation for my business.
