Connie Vanderpool helped sell my current condo and guided my purchase of a new condo home in a sort period of time. I asked Connie Vanderpool for assistance concerning a possible move to another state (not Virginia) and asked for her help. Since she was my realtor for the sale of one home and the purchase of another home (both in Virginia), I trusted her guidance. Connie immediately assisted and provided information to me. It has been fantastic to work with Connie Vanderpool, there is NO ONE better. Connie was our realtor when we purchased a home in Virginia 19 years ago. She worked diligently with us and steered us to a great, convenient to work location and a wonderful home for an excellent price. Now she is our realtor as we are renovating and selling that same home. The location and house have significantly increased in value and she is determined to get us top dollar for the sale. We are stationed overseas, and she has helped us immensely – gone above and beyond – with the contractor to oversee the work and ensure the renovations are top notch. Connie is an amazing person both inside and out. We have used Connie as our realtor 2 times in the last seven years and she has been amazing. 2 of my friends have used her services as well to buy their homes. She's friendly, personable, and of course knowledgable of the entire DC metro area. For our last sale, Connie was able to sell our condo quickly and above what the price we were looking for. Connie is an outstanding realtor! I was not local to the area and was moving from New York. Due to my schedule I was not able to come down to the area and had to look at houses remotely. Connie and I talked daily about potential houses that were available. She would always go to any house that I was interested in and would find out more information about the home and take additional pictures. She was very knowledgeable about the area so she knew which areas were good and which ones to avoid. Connie was very efficient and putting together all the paperwork and getting it to the selling agent in a timely manner. She did her best to make sure that we were putting in the best offer possible. She absolutely made the purchasing process very easy!! I highly recommend using Connie if you're looking to purchase a home in the area!!
