my family & I have been looking to buy a home, we were looking for just the right type of home for the money that we could afford, anyway we had been looking at several homes and after 8 months of looking we were getting discouraged, then along comes cosmo, he found us the perfect home and negotiated a great price, we are extremely happy with our home and the real estate transaction went smooth. i am in my 60"s i have bought and sold several property"s over the years and dealt with good realtors i have to honestly say cosmo spellings is a great realtor !! sincerely, charles

As a first time homebuyer, we were pretty clueless on most of the particulars about the home buying process. Cosmo was very helpful and explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. I started talking to cosmo months before we moved and we're looking to buy. He always stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and answered every single question I came up with the same day. He knows so many people that are amazing at what they do (inspector,mortgage office, home insurance companies) that the entire process was seamless and smooth. I closed in less than one month. Even after we moved in when I had a question or issue, he was there. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in this area

Due to recent changes in my health, job and family status, I prayed to relocate to the Emerald Coast. I believed that whatever home God had for me and my new family would be fantastic. With the assistance of a dear friend , we began my web search. I was located 5 hours North and she was thankfully 2 hours East. Searching can be overwhelming. After searching for months, driving back and forth, viewing listing that looked totally different in reality than on-line, and experiencing a few disappointments, I still believed that there was a home for us. That when found, everything I desired would be granted. Size, rooms, structure, transactions would be hassle free, within my budget, and must importantly, in a great neighborhood, and in the perfect location, near the beach! My web searching friend called about a new listing. I called Cosmo and inquired about the listing.I was thankful for the time that Cosmo spent with me. I was appreciative of his knowledge of the area and the home. In my opinion, you open and share your life, hope and dreams with an Agent. Cosmo was a blessing while we were trying to purchase a home in Fort Walton Beach while living in Tennessee. He made himself available whenever we needed him. He was so hands on helping us get everything lined up for a quick closing. We have had to relocate several times over the past few years, and Cosmo was by far the best agent we had the opportunity to work with. I would highly recommend Cosmo! Plus my 12 year old son says he was "cool".

He is a WONDERFUL hard working realtor. My husband is military so we had limited time to find and buy our first home. Any questions we had he was there day or night. We viewed every home we were interested in quickly and thoroughly. If Cosmo didn’t think the home was a fit he was honest. He thought about it in a “if I was going to buy this house” perspective and really helped us find our perfect home. I would and will be recommending him to any person I know that is interested in house hunting in my area!

Cosmos worked hard to show us homes and find the one that we will spend the rest of our lives in, even though we were trying to do this from the West Coast and a different time zone. He was knowledgeable and assisted us in all matters. We will use him again for sure.
