I will work closely with builders on new construction and aggressively market the project including a web page for your property. My listing services include a personal website for your home, a virtual tour, an HD video walk through of the home, interactive floor plans, and even aerial photography and videos when applicable. As a buyers agent, I will take the time to listen to your needs and walk you through each step of the purchasing process. I will dedicate my time to both finding and visiting properties with you, offering my support and advice along the way. As a former appraiser I am also familiar with the process of valuing a home, so I can give you accurate data to help put a price on the home you are buying. I am also very familiar with school system rankings and data, that is critical to many families seeking a home for the kids.

 

I have had the honor of being Awarded the Top Producer, Top Listing Agent, and Most Closed Transactions on many occasions, and been honored as a member of the International President's Club through Coldwell Banker with over 300 closed home sales since 2007.

I also own investment properties, and am experienced in renovations, and can give you basic guidance on things to beware of when looking at a home.

    Craig helped us with the purchase of our primary home 12 years ago, and it was a great experience. He helped us to convince the developer to reduce the bidding price by $20,000 after the appraisal to facilitate the closing and fought for us to keep all the fixtures in the unit. We have been living happily in this place ever since.Naturally, when it came the time for us to venture into the investment home market last year, we turned to Craig once again. From the initial phone chat to reconnect to the closing and beyond, Craig helped us every step of the way, showing great knowledge of the market and the process and true professionalism. He was extremely efficient in scheduling home showing, being able to fit almost every home we wanted to see and more into a half-day schedule. He then helped us with the offer, negotiation, and ensuring all important items were covered in the P&S. Craig worked very effectively with the seller agent, the loan officer and the attorney, and his prompt response/communication and attention to details were instrumental for closing on time (<20 days from P&S, during the holiday season, no less). Even after closing, Craig continued to help us with the painting of the common area, which brought out the best of the apartment.     Craig recently helped us purchase our Boston apartment. We started looking toward the end of 2020 and due to lack of inventory in the market, we decided to look at multi-family homes in the surrounding areas. Craig spend many weekends looking at properties with us and scheduled everything perfectly. We literally just sent over what we want to look at and he did the rest. After looking at a numerous MFs and didn't see any we loved, we decided to check out the city again and Craig recognized that we liked homes with decks, he went through his network and found several homes that had roofdecks. After a few months of searching, we finally found the home that we wanted and our offer got accepted. Craig never pushed or rushed us and always put our interest first. Craig was also present and checked in during the loan process until we got the keys. Craig is very knowledgeable about the Boston market as well as the surrounding areas. Craig also built great relationships with other brokers which helped get some great insight into the home we looked at. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Craig and we'll be working with him in the future.

    Craig has been the real estate agent for both selling and purchasing properties for my parents for many years, and recently helped my husband and I close on a beautiful brownstone apartment in the south end, Boston, after almost three months hunting for an ideal place in the city.We trust Craig a lot because of his expertise in real estate and our personal relationship developed throughout the years. He is highly patient and strive for finding the best property that meets our criteria. I remembered that he spent almost 6 consecutive weekends with us driving around and visiting properties back to back, but he did not push us a single time making an offer, because he knew we haven’t found something we really like. Craig also knows the market very well and is super transparent with us in the process. After conducting the market comparable analysis, he will discuss with us on the target price and provide valuable insights in helping us make the decisions. He also has an eye for “value-added” features that we couldn’t see.
