Not very proactive. Took us to houses that were listed with her office but in no way met our criteria. Last house we looked at we had 10 minutes before her next appointment. Instead of rescheduling us, she rushed us through. Have had no follow up even though she understands our needs.

Crystal helped my husband & I with our first home. She is excellent!!! Friendly, patient, & very knowledgeable going over every detail. She was happy to show us as many properties as we needed until we felt like we found our home. We truly loved working with crystal & would definitely recommended her to a friend!!! Crystal helped me buy my first home this past January. She was knowledgeable and very responsive to my needs and requests throughout the search and buying processes. She also helped me resolve an issue with a lender (the one I did not end up using) after I closed, when it could have been said that her work was already done.

I highly recommend using Crystal, and will do so again if/when I buy another property in the future.

Crystal helped my wife and I sell our home that we had listed FSO by bringing a prospective buyer to us. The home we had listed was a large and very unique home with enormous amounts of features that I felt needed to be explained during a showing. She allowed me to give the initial tour of the home with her and her clients. Then I exited allowing her to spend time with the client. Ultimately we sold the house to her client and she did a great job through the whole process. Crystal is a caring and skilled person who want to help people through their house buying or selling process. We absolutely recommend her.
