I SPEAK:
I have been a realtor for over 35 years and find there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. I have found that by utilizing the latest technologies, they enable me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They have also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. My staff includes buyers agents, listing agents, Marketing Assistant, Administrative Assistant and My husband Cliff who will deliver your for sale sign, keeps flyers stocked and my director of accounting!
Experience Counts!: In addition to my 35 years of being a realtor, I am a member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association, The National Association of Realtors, The Texas Association of Realtors and the Houston Association of Realtors. I am an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, A Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Neighborhood Specialist, a VA Landboard Preferred Realtor and am listed in Mont Clair Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals. I have also taught real estate courses in appraisal, contract law, principles, and agency and marketing at local colleges I'm currently on the Board of Director for the Dickinson Education Foundation.
People: I am a people person no doubt about it. Some of my best friends are past customers and clients. I'm fortunate to be in a business where I meet so many great people.
So, when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Houston/Galveston areas, please contact me.
