I met Cynthia at an open house on a Sunday. I mentioned that I had a family member that wanted to relocate and that was looking to purchase a home in the Palm Bay area. She took down my information and by the next afternoon she had sent me a list with several listing. We made arrangements for her to show us some properties the following weekend. We saw several properties and by the end of the weekend we had found a home that was perfect for my uncle. We never felt rushed or pushed into a decision in anyway. She listened to what we were looking for and was more than helpful through every step of the process. Cynthia was attentive to our needs and was extremely proactive. I would highly recommend her as your Realtor. In fact, when it is time for me to purchase my own home I will definitely be using Cynthia to help us find the place we are looking for.

Cynthia was amazing! Our path to homeownership was definitely NOT a straight line. The first lender was a unorganized disaster. We placed offers on several houses (contracts on 2). She helped us find a new lender. Showed us several places (some places several times)! She let me vent and went above and beyond to get us into a beautiful home.
