Cy sold me my condo 9+ years ago and then handled renting it twice for me as well as handling the sale of the condo just this week. He has been so helpful and accommodating, as I live on Long Island and am 2 hours away. He handled everything that needed to be done without question, from showing the unit, negotiating deals, being present for the town inspections...And he did all with professionalism and a positive attitude. He got me 2 great tenants who always paid their rent and for that I am truly grateful. But even more extraordinary was that he way he helped me when I sold my unit. Cy went the extra mile in everyway, by keeping all parties focused and on point, so that we could close in less than 2 weeks time. He helped me minimize my losses to the fullest extent possible and helped me get out of a property that I bought at the height of the real estate bubble, without losing as much as I could have. Now my mind is free of the responsibility for the unit that is 2 hours away and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Cy for everything! I highly recommend Cy to anyone reading this....He is fabulous and I am truly grateful that our paths crossed.

Mr. Gados is the most patient and knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. He has helped me purchase 2 homes throughout the years and the price points were $1,000,000 apart. What sets him apart is that he is just as patient and kind with whatever budget you are working with. We must have seen over 100 houses throughout the years and he goes into each one with the same amount of patience. He is a gem.

We worked with Cyril to purchase our current home. Cyril was extremely nice and patient. He took us to tour many places before our final decision, and answers all of our questions. He is quite knowledgeable, and can tell the quality of many parts of the houses. For anything he is not sure of, he made sure that he collect the information for us soon afterwards from the sellers. He never pushes us in making our decisions, which we appreciate greatly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with Cyril. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to look for a new home.

I was a first time home buyer and could not have been more lucky to find "Cy". He was an absolute professional, and made the entire home buying process (which has a lot more steps than I ever imagined) an absolute breeze. He knowledge of each neighborhood, school district, crime rate or lack there of all helped me in making my final decision. I will only work with Cy for future purchases!!
