Damon was an excellent agent, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is experienced or new to the real estate world. He always answered all emails, phone calls, and any other correspondence promptly even when the questions we asked got repetitive. He helped us every step of the way from selling our first home and the purchasing of our new place. He really listens to the needs of his clients and won't rest until you find the home you are meant to be in.

Damon did have lots of patients when it came to my wife and myself. He kept working with us until we found the right house in the right neighborhood. We went through a lot and he was right by our side the whole time giving us feed back. I recommend him to everyone I know

Damon lives in nearby community and serves on a city committee. He understands how things work in relation to zoning, municipal procedures, etc. In addition, Damon’s engineering degree and work experience helped throughout the search and purchase experience. He could analyze the house issue/problem and know how complicated it would be to fix. Last, but definitely not least, Damon understood what I wanted and worked hard to help me find it. When I found it and the house had cigarette smoke (to which I’m allergic) in the garage, he made arrangements for several professionals to come to the house, evaluate the situation, and provide estimates with explanations of services. He worked very hard to ensure that I’d be satisfied with my purchase and my life in the home after the purchase. He believes that working as a realtor is about helping people; he does this throughout the entire process.
